You may be a bit surprised to see me featuring info I gathered from Trulia.
Whether you love or hate it, Trulia and Zillow do provide interesting (if not totally reliable) information.

I, for one, was fascinated to spot the places that make more sense to rent, than buy, in the US!






If you are weighing the options and having trouble deciding if you should sign a 12 month lease or dip a toe into the real estate pool, here is my advice:

1.  Chances are, in the greater Boulder area, if you are not going to hold the property for 5 years or more, you are going to be better off renting.
