I take clients to see a lot of houses and sometimes, I see some pretty strange stuff.     Occasionally, I share some of the stuff I've come across to help educate you on staging.   Or maybe just because it's funny.

So, imagine you're a serious investor looking for rental property in Boulder.    You've got my Silver Fern cash flow model tucked behind your elbow, and we're on a tour of qualifying property.     We're in a nicely staged,  if somewhat bland, two bedroom condo in Boulder.  So far, it's looking good.

Then, you walk around the corner and step into a bedroom only to be confronted by this fiery demon from the underworld...

You Shall Not Pass!

Kudos to the listing agent, staging company, or owner who decided to drop off the little guy.    It was quite a surprise to open the door and find this greeting us.    And quite funny, too.
