The market is off to a very strong start in 2013. Sales are up, volume is at record lows, rates are obscene, and some sellers have begun wisely testing the market with higher prices. Your buying or selling strategy should reflect the most current real estate market conditions. Talk to me if you're thinking about entering the market.
Of course, you know how I roll. Proof is in the pudding and I don't like to make generalizations.
"Show me the data!" you shout. No problem, read on.
Change is Good
First let me introduce a few changes.
Beginning with this report, I'm making experimental changes to my research. Instead of a big pack of charts and a PowerPoint presentation, I'm shifting to a more focused report style analysis on key target markets. Because it is now much more targeted, I should also be able to produce the research faster. The result will be that you'll get higher quality research on the real estate market in Boulder and Louisville, and likely less research on Longmont, Lafayette, Erie, and Broomfield. You'll also see research reports at a greater frequency. As usual, if you're on my email list - you'll get the research first, but eventually most of it will also appear on my blog.
Wait - what if your focus is outside my target areas? Don't worry, I'm still tracking the market for all the areas previously covered but my published research will only appear in specialized reports (often following a client request).
How do you make a request? Give me a call or drop me an email. I'm happy to send you up to date research on your market area. Keep in mind that my active buyers or sellers get priority.
