We make the home loan process fast and easy! Just complete the following two steps as early in your new home search or refinance as possible.

1st  Click on the buffalo at the top right of this page and complete a secure online application. Once we have your complete application, we will be able to call and quote  with specific and accurate recommendations for the loan products that are best for you and provide our lowest interest rate guarantee. (Note: We don't need your liabilities on the application, our credit report will provide these). 

2nd Upload your support documentation to move forward with your pre-qualification letter or loan.

Documentation needed:

• Copy of driver’s license
• Most recent pay-stub
• Most recent W2s (2 years)
• Two years tax returns—all schedules
•                 Business returns ifapplicable
• Most recent bank statement showing your funds for your downpayment and closing costs
• (Other items may be required after your application has been reviewed)

There is an upload button on the website with your loan application, if we took your application by phone we will provide and password for you to access and track your loan online--documentation can also be scanned and emailed to jhedges@primelending.com. Just be sure each item is scanned or faxed separately and labeled for reference; for example 2011 and 2012 W2s, January paystub, etc.

That’s it! Once we have a complete file we can provide apre-qualification letter or begin your new home loan or refinance.
